CIS Interstate Council 44th Session
Presidency of the CIS Interstate Council of Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre and Earth Remote Sensing was assumed by the Republic of Armenia.
From October 24 to 26, participants of the CIS Interstate Council 44th session are in Yerevan.
On October 24 the representatives of the delegation visited Geomatics Center and Unified Real Estate Registration Subdivision.
Suren Tovmasyan - head of the Cadastre Committee presented in detail the updated functions of CC, capabilities of the Geoportal, digitized maps, and answered the questions of the guests.
Delegation representatives specialized in cartography and geodesy got acquainted with the work of real estate registrars in the Unified Real Estate Registration Subdivision.
This interstate council was established in 1992 in Bishkek, signed by the agreement on cooperation in the field of geodesy, cartography, cadastre and Earth remote sensing. The Council develops and implements interstate programs, coordinated policies in the field of geodesy, cartography, cadastre and Earth remote sensing and organizes training for the specialists.
