The property clearance extract is valid for 15 working days.

After losing the registration certificate, is a copy of it provided?
After July 1, 2019, a copy of the certificate is not issued, but the certificate is replaced by a new registration certificate with a note on the actual date of state registration. Moreover, the registration certificate issued before July 1, 2019 is replaced by a new registration certificate on the 2nd working day from the date of submission of the application in accordance with RA law on "State registration of rights to property", for which no fee is charged.
