Armenia is set to introduce a new regulatory framework that will enable citizens to acquire real property in newly built and commissioned multi-apartment buildings remotely, without the need to visit a notary or execute a power of attorney.

At today's Government session held on 23 July, Head of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan presented the draft decision.
