From May 29 to June 2, Head of the Committee Suren Tovmasyan and head of the Unified Real Estate Registration Subdivision Sargis Aramyan are participating to the working week of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) in Orlando, Florida, USA.

During the official opening ceremony of the event, the International Federation of Surveyors confirmed the membership of the RA Cadastre Committee. This will ensure the presence of the Republic of Armenia on another international platform.

The Cadastre Committee became an Affiliate Member of the International Federation of Surveyors, and the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia became an academic member.

The federation unites representatives of more than 120 countries and promotes the expansion of cooperation among surveyors in professional fields.

Membership of the Cadastre Committee in the above-mentioned organization will contribute to the expansion of cooperation with international professional organizations and individuals, will emphasize the importance of surveying for the improvement of society, environment and economy, will provide access to the exchange of experience with the international geodetic community.
