The EuroGeographics General Assembly was held in Ostend, Kingdom of Belgium, from 17 to 19 May.

Held annually, the General Assembly brings together representatives of Europe's national mapping, cadastral, and geospatial information authorities. Representatives of the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia actively participate in this key event each year.

The 2026 General Assembly was of particular significance for Armenia, as the country was officially presented to more than 120 delegates as the host of the 2027 EuroGeographics General Assembly.

As part of the event, representatives of the Cadastre Committee held a series of bilateral meetings with their European counterparts to discuss current priorities and opportunities for future cooperation.

The programme also featured interactive panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and presentations focusing on the development, implementation, and application of geospatial data across Europe.
