The Personal Office on the https://www.e-cadastre.am/en electronic platform is now available not only to natural persons but also to legal entities. Legal entities can register on the platform, manage their Personal Office, and access the full range of services available through the platform.

Upon registration, the director of a legal entity can view the list of real property owned by the legal entity, submit applications electronically, and receive information automatically.

The director of a legal entity may authorize another user to act on the entity's behalf. Based on the permissions granted, the authorized user can access and use all available Personal Office tools and services within the scope of the authorization.

In accordance with the latest legislative amendments, citizens of the Republic of Armenia are now able to conclude real estate sale agreements online without visiting a service office of the Cadastre Committee.

Agreements may be concluded through "The Personal Office" section of the Committee's official electronic platform and executed using a qualified electronic signature. The system also provides for the automatic state registration of the rights arising from such agreements.

These services are also available to citizens of the Republic of Armenia residing abroad, enabling them to conclude real estate transactions remotely without the need for additional procedures.
