On June 29, within the framework of the "GeoTAK" project, Valencia Polytechnic University Professor, GeoTAK project coordinator Luis Angel Ruiz and the Armenian coordinator Varazdat Hovhannisyan were at the Cadastre Committee.

Suren Tovmasyan welcomed the guests and highlighted the importance of such meetings․ The program members - Head of the Department of Geodesy and Land Management Gevorg Manukyan, Deputy Head of the Department Mkrtich Mkrtchyan, Assistant to the Head Committee Marine Sahakyan were also participated in the meeting.

The program is aimed at the development of higher education capacities, the development of postgraduate professional educational programs in geographic information (GIS) technologies, research and innovation strengthening between universities and institutional structures.

During the meeting, the innovations of the field, the applicability of the latest technologies in our country, as well as the possibilities of cooperation with professional universities were discussed.
