From November 29 to December 3, within the framework of the "GeoTAK" program the "Collection and documentation of cultural heritage data using geomatics techniques" training courses holds in the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

The program is aimed at developing the capacities of higher education, and at this stage, specialists from the relevant fields of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan are participating.

During the courses, the leading specialists of the Polytechnic University of Valencia presented the data collection process through 3D laser scanning.

Participants have opportunity to get acquainted with innovations and the latest technologies right in the field, as well as to analyze their applicability in our country.

Head of the Geodesy and Land Management Department Gevorg Manukyan and Chief Specialist of the Foreign Affairs Department Kima Vagharshakyan participate in the training courses.
