Real Estate Appraisal
Real estate market appraisal is carried out by those having a real estate appraiser qualification certificate in the Republic of Armenia.
The Cadastre Committee is the authorized body regulating the activity of real estate appraisal, as well as qualifying and supervising individuals in the RA.
The examination of the professional qualification of real estate appraisal is carried out through qualification examinations by the Cadastre Committee professional commission. The examinations are held at least once, every 3 months, by posting the announcement on the official website of the committee a month ago.
The professional commission established by the Cadastre Committee also supervises the fulfillment of the requirements of the RA Law on Real Estate Appraisal, the assessment standards, the procedures defined by the legislation, the requirements of normative legal acts by the appraisers.
